Your Prima Guarantee:

Any defects in the parts or materials used in these products occurring within 12 months of the purchase date (or 24 months if registered within 30 days of purchase) will be repaired by Connect service without charge provided that:

• You can produce on demand evidence of the date of purchase (sales receipt or delivery note)
• The appliance has been used for domestic purposes only
• The appliance is located in the UK mainland or Northern Ireland
• The appliance has been installed in accordance with the instruction manual and to current legislation, any installation faults will be chargeable
• The product has not been tampered with by any unauthorised person

The guarantee does not cover neglect, misuse, transit damage, routine maintenance, wear and tear, reconditioned appliances, appliances used for commercial or professional purposes, parts that need periodically replacing, e.g. bulbs, rubber seals, fuses, removable glass, etc.
