    We recommend that the request is sent by Recorded Delivery, but this is not compulsory.
    Upon receipt of request, along with your cheque and proof of identity, we will contact you within 40 days.
     
    Changes to our Security and Privacy Policy
    Any changes to our privacy policy and procedures in the future will be posted to the (Domain) website and, where appropriate, through notification by email.
